Hello and Welcome to my blog. My name is Lifa Nati Founder and Publisher of CheapSense.com.
In a nutshell I buy and sell domain names for a living. I have also started an SEO ( Search engine optimisation), Social media marketing and advertising consulting company for local businesses in specific niches that I will reveal later on in this blog. English is not my first language, I had to learn it.
Yes, I no longer have any other job aside from baby sitting my brother’s kids when he’s out on his 9-5 that he so dearly loves. I am sure by now you would have figured out that the internet business world is not for everyone. In what sense you might wonder, it took me 4 years to make an income and the trick is always that one cliche, somewhat , “Never give up.”
You will fail like I did, so many times, you will lose money, so many times, you will get frustrated, so many times and the key takeaway is you will need to be prepared for it. There’s so many tools you will need to invest in, you have to keep researching, keep learning new methods and eventually you will get there. I have created this blog to tell you how I have done it if you want to do it yourself and the lessons I keep learning along the way.
“Did you hear about the rose that grew from a crack in the concrete? Proving nature’s laws wrong, it learned to walk without having feet. Funny, it seems to by keeping its dreams; it learned to breathe fresh air. Long live the rose that grew from concrete when no one else even cared.” Tupac Shakur
If there’s a quote that describes me perfectly, that one is it. I am still a work in progress but faith has driven me so far. Thank you for visiting . I am sharing my web experiences of how I started out online. This blog has been a year in the works meaning, I started it a year ago. I was only buying and selling domains in such marketplaces like snapnames, sedo, afternic, namepros etc and never really thought of sharing my experiences . What life has taught me so far; no matter what your background is or whatever your situation is, A curious mind mixed with belief and willpower will always pull you through. You just have to throw in some bit of adventure and dream with your eyes wide open.
This project is meant to break down the nitty-gritty stuff for you. True to the name brand, I started setting up this blog for just under $100. It was on a different domain which I later changed to this hand registered name. The whole purpose is to share the story from where it all began ( domain names), review and journal services that I incorporated along the way, what lessons I have learnt and how far I have come with this website. You can find out about how and why I fell in love with the domain industry here , however my objective is to help my visitors, new in this space to gain valuable no “bs” tips of what domain niches to invest in to why I believe it’s the biggest opportunity ever, It’s all about price and value.
Let me tell you a short story about how this idea was born.
I developed this urge to build this blogging site on the lowest price possible, to prove to myself and anyone who cares to read, that a low-budget can not stop you from doing, building or purchasing something of value in life. Not only for me but anyone I cross paths with. I have spent a lot of money on items that have no value in life. I know priorities are different for every individual, You might love the party lifestyle, clubbing, drinking and all of that but it ultimately left me bankrupt and wondering what I had really gained from it all. Thankfully, experience and hardships that pushed me to think outside the box is what I gained the most. They always say the best way to learn is through making mistakes and gaining that experience. Early 2013 I discovered the world of internet domain buying and selling. I had no clue such an industry existed and didn’t even know what it was all about. So I started from the bottom and now here I am.
My first year was horrible. I jumped in without doing any research, hand registered so many names on Go-daddy with some coupon codes and quickly discovered I had made a loss.. 6k was gone within a week. However after going through the after effects of such a loss, Which was huge to me at the time, I decided to go at it again. Again? Yup, I was digging for every information I could read about domain names. Within 3 months I was making 100% profit on domains I was buying from the aftermarket platforms that I will be covering on this blog. Of course I also started thoroughly researching new trends like the Marijuana industry and hand registered names of what I believed the industry would grow into. I researched different platforms and the end result was profit. I soon discovered some of the names I let go for xxx prices such as the now popular 4 letter names are now being sold for 4 to five figures. I have done it without revealing my ways to anyone and always preferred to have a different alias on my investments. I will tell you what, there’s hardly any internet entrepreneur who reveals how they make their money especially when it comes to niche research because they feel too much competition would take away their profits. It was the same mentality I developed in a short space of time however I have quickly discovered that is a characteristic of a greedy person. I mean how many people will read through this blog to incorporate every strategy I share? Not too many if ever.
Now as you can see, I don’t claim to have had it easy. I just persevered and learnt my lessons along the way. What I still possess is my hunger to keep learning and the number one of them all, FAITH. I want to pass on some valuable knowledge I am acquiring along the way to you the reader if it resonates. I will prove how you can start low and end up making double triple profits. If it is proven, then I would have left a lasting impression which ultimately creates a legacy. It is all about understanding cheap in every sense of the word. The focus is on expenditure vs value. My team and I will find you future niches which you can invest in for a low price , find you products or services of high value or quality on the cheap. There is this notion that any service or product with a “cheap” price automatically means cheap quality/value but we will show you that research and more research using tools available in this space and one particular software that we working on, will have you invest so little on valuable property before anyone else catches on. We will find you comparisons, tap into real consumer experience and provide you with the most up to date valuable info you could ever find on the web. This software is coming soon and I invested my heart and hard-earned domain profits on it
A new cutting edge software that we will be implementing on the site meant to crawl the most reputable web products and service platforms to find items that are assumed to be of great value and price, get you comparisons and other alternative sites were you can get whatever you looking for ( The web is huge) for very competitive prices. We are getting into a very competitive space with a lot of mambo jambo but our service will stand out. We definitely want to shake up the market and determined to leave you with a long-lasting impression. This tech will be tried, tested and true. The value? truly unmatched. So much time and money has been invested on it.

Theory of value vs price.
There is a clear contradiction that, although water is on the whole more useful, in terms of survival, than diamonds, diamonds command a higher price in the market. In a passage of Adam Smith’s An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations, he discusses the concepts of value in use and value in exchange, and notices how they tend to differ. The word VALUE, it is to be observed, has two different meanings, and sometimes expresses the utility of some particular object, and sometimes the power of purchasing other goods which the possession of that object conveys. The one may be called “value in use”the other, “value in exchange”. The things which have the greatest value in use have frequently little or no value in exchange; on the contrary, those which have the greatest value in exchange have frequently little or no value in use.
Nothing is more useful than water: but it will purchase scarcely anything; scarcely anything can be had in exchange for it. A diamond, on the contrary, has scarcely any use-value; but a very great quantity of other goods may frequently be had in exchange for it. It is to be observed, when it comes to exchange of money and goods otherwise also known as buying and selling, some believe cheap means low quality but it is dependent on so many factors and really depends on how much value it is to the buyer, understanding the difference is key. I love this piece from Huffington post about finding cheap wine that actually tastes good.
